Good points Adrian

MyVideo has come a long way and they have tweaked their interface considerably since launch so I think they will get there

With regards to the player Brightcove use the same flash file player as they do - its a freely available open source player

Yea maybe they should spend time skinning it .. but thats another point

I think it looks good but find that the site is based far too much on Youtubes breakdown of content and menus, and the player design is taken from brightcove.tv .. surely possible to do something original?

Hi Charl,

Thanks for the coverage and picking up on the new look. We've worked hard to improve the overall design, including our flash player, channels, sharing features and general layout. I'm glad you like the 'sexy' header. We hope our community feels the same and enjoys the iViews channel, some interesting interviews coming up.

All the best,

Tristan
