This way a person can "free their mind" for an hour and relax with a fellow workmate or what not - Only put juice and/or sport drink machines in lieu of soda machines - Have a canteen built in-house with different menu options (vegetarian, non-gluten, etc) made-to-order on top of regular menu items that are interchanging monthly so employees not only would be more inclined to go there for their meals instead of getting take-out - Have a comfort room so people who have to work late can take veg out for an hour with 2 wide-screen TVs available (on opposite sides of the room) so people can watch what they want...almost like a home setting. - Set cubicles with different colors to correspond to the department and/or rank of the employee (ex: Yellow cubicles w/ one white cubicle to signify who the lead of the department is) The Linked In and Skype offices are cool, but my office would be a bit different:
