Afrigator Optimized for the iPhone
Though no country in Africa sells the iPhone, there are people to own one. You buy it online and then use all sorts of jailbreak software to “crack” it. Apparently there is a small market of iPhoners that would like the websites optimized for their phone.
All these being said, there are news from Afrigator. After launching the second version they are now optimizing their site for the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch. They use a browser detecting software to make sure you’re redirected to the appropriate location.
Here’s how Afrigator looks on an iPhone.

It’s more of a status thing than an actual enhancement to afrigator. How many requests from people did they get for this feature?
Unless it takes 10 minutes to put together, I’m sure there are more important features to be built than this!

Hey Jason - you’re 100% right - the only request we had for the iPhone version was from ME
Sorry I was completely selfish here in creating this version and it took next to no time to create.
That said, you must also realise we get a lot of international traffic. This is attributed to many African’s living in Europe and the US so I think those users will be pleasantly surprised.
