The latest smartphone/tablet hybrid has hit our shores. Samsung SA announced recently that the Galaxy Note 2 will be in South Africa soon, and this week it is officially available.
From today (2 October) the device can be picked up from Vodacom World, and from Friday, 5 October it will be available at other Vodacom retail outlets. Also, MTN has started taking orders for the Note 2 from 1 October.
MTN is offering the device on MTN Anytime 200 for R429 p/m over 24 months, which includes 250MB of data. If you want to purchase it by cash, you can do so for the recommended retails price of R7,400. The Vodacom price structure looks like the following:
