Not long after the release of the first official TV advert for the iPad Mini, talk show host and comedian Conan O’Brien took it upon himself to show America what he thought of Apple’s new device.
The original ad, created by TBWA\Media Arts Lab features a user playing the well-known song “Heart and Soul” using the piano app on an iPad. The camera then shows another user playing along on the same app using the new iPad Mini.
O’Brien, unimpressed by both the advert and the device and looking for a laugh decided to add some lyrics of his own to the somewhat simple advertisement.
Apple announced its smaller, cheaper iPad Mini at an event in California on 23rd October. The new iPad features a 7.9 inch display, a A5 processor (same as the iPad 2), LTE networking, and improved cameras that includes a 5MP shooter on the back. The pricing for the Wi-Fi only 16GB model starts at $329.
