Based on information revealed by sources, 9to5 Mac has reported that Apple is planning to release an improved fourth generation iPad with additional memory.
The new model with retina display could offer as much as 128GB of memory, 9to5 Mac speculates. This is based on the upcoming release of iOS 6.1 the code of which points to compatibility with 128GB iOS devices. References to the 128GB storage in Apple’s iTunes 11 release was also mentioned in the report to back suspicions.
