Back when the world found out the visionary is severely sick a lot of people already asked the question: What would happen to Apple without Steve Jobs?
Larry Ellison, the CEO of Oracle, appeared on CBS This Morning, the popular breakfast show. He was asked (among other things) how he thought the computer company would fare without his friend Steve Jobs, and gave a simple, frank answer. “Well, we already know,” Ellison told Rose. “We conducted the experiment. It’s been done,” he continued. He is of course alluding to the fact that he thinks history will repeat itself, as we already saw what happened to Apple after Jobs was squeezed out of the company he created.
“We saw Apple with Steve Jobs,” said Ellison. Then “we saw Apple without Steve Jobs” and continued “We saw Apple with Steve Jobs.” “And now, we’re going to see Apple without Steve Jobs,” he ended, making it clear what he thinks of the situation over at Cupertino.
